Reaction:
For me it is the policy of the State to protect the interests of the consumer,it is all about of us because we are all consumer.This policy is good because we can make our business to make it more productive and easy.
Towards this end, the State shall implement measures to achieve the following objectives:
(a) protection against hazards to health and safety; it is good because is is for the sake of all the consumer.
(b) protection against deceptive, unfair and unconscionable sales acts and practices;
(c) provision of information and education to facilitate sound choice and the proper exercise of rights by the consumer;
(d) provision of adequate rights and means of redress; and
(e) involvement of consumer representatives in the formulation of social and economic policies.
all of this is good because is is for the sake of all the consumer. We can also advertise our product or business through any form of mass media, fact, data or information about the attributes, features, quality or availability of consumer products, services or credit.
to protect our children in all hazardous toys. Any toy or other articles intended for use by children which the director may, by regulation, determine the presence of an electrical, mechanical or thermal hazard.
